Finding the Light #Writephoto

About the Jez of It

Thank you Sue another fab photo prompt, https://scvincent.com/2020/07/23/thursday-photo-prompt-darkness-writephoto/, which this week just said write me now to this poet. So here goes –

Background: My art viewing eye is in and drew me straight to the slightly off centre dip in the dark hills ahead – so inviting. The Abb Haiku just seemed perfect to pull it together, and a bit of artistic treatment with music simply feels right

Form: Abbreviated Haiku I

My soul weak, my faith shaken
Questions

Looking for unknown answers
Somewhere

Destiny’s darkness closer
Silence

Silence of the unforgiving
Move on

In darkness, light shines brighter
Blinded

And I feel the devotion
Her love
