May Motivation

Hello to everyone.

I hope all of you are doing magnificent on this beautiful spring day. If it happens to be winter where you are, snuggle up.

Here, it’s a bit frosty out. Mother Nature is tossing out a bit more BURRR before she flips on the ‘Heat It Up Quick’ switch.

Anyhow, I’ve just finished my first cup of coffee, downloaded the Zoom client onto my computer, and am preparing for my first lesson with Casey Mathews of WebFriendlyHelp for using this new software.

I’ve joined plenty of Zoom meetings. That’s as easy as rolling off a log. In fact, for me it was easier because I don’t go around rolling off logs.

Anyhow, I’m moving into new territory this week. If all goes as planned, I’ll be launching for real, the Talk To Tell-It-To-The-World Marketing podcast.

My concerns are that I may not be able to learn to record the meetings from my IPhone. And that  until my internet equipment gets here I don’t have enough data speed to do these meetings from my computer. But, one thing I’m sure of is that Casey and I will work out all the bugs and if at all possible I’ll record my first podcast on my own on Thursday May 14.

If it doesn’t work out, we will make another plan but either way I’m going to learn to swim in this new ocean.

I’ve learned over the years that if you intend to grow and have new and wondrous things in your life, you must come out of your comfort zone. Since I don’t ask anyone to do anything I won’t do myself, I’m putting that learned belief into practice.

So, today, Monday May 11, 2020, I challenge you…

Find one thing that you’ve been a bit fearful of trying or something you’re doing you need to try to do more of which will grow your personal or professional life or both and do that thing.

As my wise and ancient trainer once told me, “Take a chance. There’s a 50% chance you’ll be right.”

Boy do I wish he could see me now!

Please do let me know  how you’re doing with this challenge.

If you’re not comfortable sharing publicly you’re welcome to get in touch with me via email at:

I hope to hear from you either way soon.

By the way, if you’d like to learn more about how Casey can help you give a listen to our demo Talk To Tell-It-To-The-World Podcast by using reference link:!Aq4GWCMiV_4zoL1qRgIaotTSum-cGQ?e=1p9M6l

Casey ran the Zoom Room and I lead the presentation.

Casey did a great job answering all my questions.

We’d love your feedback on this, so, using the email info above, please let us know what you think.

Thanks for the reblog. I appreciate it. I hope people will take the time to give a listen to this podcast recording.

  3. Patty, if you can’t record on the phone, you should be able to do it easily on the computer once you get your Internet. I’ve never recorded a meeting, but at one time during a Zoom meeting, someone mentioned a keystroke to do this. Good luck with everything.

    • Patty says:

One can record on smartphone or computer and I’ve since learned that I had no worries about data speed for my computer. It worked fine.

      I am set to go.

      Scheduling people now.
