You may not believe, but truly this is what happened…
OCTOBER 11, 2019.
I woke at just after 3:30 and try as I might I couldn’t go back to sleep. Finally, I got myself up, went into the bathroom, did my routine of washing face, and brushing teeth and hair, took care of my necessary and then just as I made ready to leave the bathroom I learned what was meant by, “magik is imagination made real.”
While I’d been standing at the sink, I’d noted something underneath my left foot. Thinking it was probably some random piece of trash I’d missed when wiping up the floor after my shower last night, I leaned down to retrieve it from off the bottom of my foot as I made ready to leave the bathroom in search of my first cup of coffee and to my great surprise I found it was not a random piece of trash but the gaskets needed for my handheld shower head.
“What about that!” I exclaimed happily. “I’d been wondering how I was going to return that thing and now here are the very things everyone thought were missing. Dude must’ve dropped them out of the box when he opened it to install the thing. Hell yeah!”
I was so pleased, and as I made my way into the kitchen I realized this was the first of last night’s magik coming to pass. I’d stated in my closing prayer, “All our needs, wants, and desires, they’re met” and I knew that meant all needs, wants, and desires. I’d been lamenting about not having my handheld shower to use during my magickal shower and now here were the parts to make this a reality.
I’m sure to some this seems like a very trivial thing but to me it’s the small trivial things which when added up make a big thing.
I find people by enlarge are greedy. They are never satisfied, always wanting more and more. Me, I just want what will make me comfortable, and while I would like to have less lack and struggle I’m so grateful for even the smallest things when I get them, though I do struggle mightily it seems to me I never do without.
Making my coffee I declared, “Now, I must make the money to pay my phone bill today. I don’t know why I’m always at the last minute manifesting this $80.00 but today, I decree that it will come to me.”
Making my way to my recliner and plopping myself down I took a deep breath and enjoyed the strong scent of coffee drifting on the breeze from the fan and knew I was truly blessed.
“Thank you Goddess for the sun.
Thank you now day’s begun, all our needs, wants, and desires, they’re met.
Thank you for what we have and have not yet.
Thank you when day’s through, we will still be we, and you will still be you.
Light our path. Guide our way.
Give us that which to do and say.
So Mote It Be. Blessid Be. Amen.
There is no part of my body which does not belong to the Goddess.
There is no part of my life which does not belong to the Goddess.
I am Goddess, and she is me.
We are one, yet we are we.”
