I’m one of those who is letting go of the past so I can move forward to the future and live my life how I wish. Thanks for this Patty.

Hi Claire, thank you so much for the re-blog.
I am glad you are releasing things and people that no longer serve your best interest. It is necessary sometimes to do that. It is also sometimes very hard. But, it must be done. If we do not take care of ourselves first, we are no good to anyone else.
      Thanks again for the share.

      • It’s nice to grow and change. 🙂

        Hi Claire.

I think if we don’t grow and change we become dead. We can live, like I said, but we’re nothing more than a husk.

I’ve a friend who’s living that way and it saddens me so, but even though I care deeply for him I finally had to simply break away. I just cannot stand the way things were between us anymore.

Time to move forward. Maybe one day he’ll see what he’s doing to himself and those who love him but for now, I’m walking on without him.
