Hello again campbellsworld visitors.

If someone had told me this day would end up with so many incredible, magnificent, awesome surprises this morning when I started out so slow, I’d have never believed them. But, as is usually the case, I was wrong.

Friend author Jo Elizabeth Pinto just sent me what must be one of the best doggone Book Review/Author Interviews I’ve seen in quite some time. If you don’t read another post from campbellsworld and WordPress Wednesday ever again, please don’t go away without reading this one.

Thanks to Beckie Writes and Jo for making my night.

Hi Jo. You’re very welcome. Of course I have confidence in you. You’re awesome. This was a magnificent review/interview.
How did you luck up and get discovered by such a great reviewer/interviewer?

      Hi Beckie.
That has to be the best review/interview I’ve seen done in a while. So, you’re for sure welcome for the shout out and kind words.
Jo is a friend and client of mine and it does me good when I see her being promoted in such a fabulous way.
Do you pick books/authors at random or do you have some method for authors to use to be read, reviewed, and interviewed by you?
      Curious author/promoter wants to know.
Either way, that was a fabulous job.

Hi, Patty! It is great to connect with you. Sometimes authors e-mail me or use my contact form to send me a message and ask me to review their books. If the book sounds like something I would be interested in reading, I will agree to read and review in exchange for a free copy of the book. Sometimes, like with Jo, I will purchase the book. It just depends. I like to publish reviews and author interviews together if possible because I enjoy hearing the author’s perspective. I have a book review policy on my blog but I’m usually pretty open to anything clean and well written. I’m especially interested in supporting authors who are women, people of color, or people with disabilities. Sometimes, I work with blog tour organizers as well. Hope this helps!

It does help. And if my computer ever starts acting normal again, or anything close to it, I will go and have a look at your blog. I am answering comments on my phone. LOL. But I’m getting a terrible technical headache LOL. So I may bug off for the night.
