Happy Tuesday!

Good morning to you! How do you do? I hope this message finds you doing super awesome‼️

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. So, what are you going to do with it? Sound off in the comment section. Let me know what you are up to. If you wish, you may even share a link to a favorite blog post from your blog in the comment section. All blogs, including from good reads are welcome. I am not a blog snob Who feels those are not real blogs. I think anybody who makes an effort to write about the books they read, and other things of interest to them, no matter what kind of blog it is deserved to be published and shared.

So let me hear from you. I can’t wait to know what everybody is doing today.

This post is being dictated via apple voiceover on the iPhone.

Any mistakes are the fault of Apple and their dictation process and the fact that it hates my southern accent LOL.

Today I have a day off from my regular day job. I’m so exhausted I just want to take a nap right now… And I may just do that 😴

Hi Butterfly. Thanks for reading and commenting.

I absolutely think naps are the bomb.

When you wake up from your nap would you come back and talk to us about your book, tell just a tad bit about it and yourself and maybe share the link to where folks can buy it?

We love chatting with folks, especially authors.

Enjoy that nap and we’ll see you soon.

        Hi everyone
My name is Butterfly I chose that name for myself because it is a natural symbol of transformation, of metamorphosis. When I was a kid my nickname was bumblebee and it’s now as an adult that I realize the power of this name as well… It’s a natural symbol of perseverance because the bumblebee shouldn’t be able to fly but against all odds it does. At its core my book is about a family who each have obstacles to overcome, the main character is struggling to make enough money to gain custody of her younger brothers. The brothers are each dealing with their own issues one is doing drugs and the other is being bullied. I don’t want to give too much away so check out this link where you can read the synopsis and a percentage of the book. 🦋🐝🦋🐝🦋📚📚📚

  2. I’m trying to get into my planned day of work: editing (of course) and also doing some cleaning and tidying in advance of my monthly Spanish group meeting tomorrow night. It’s due to be mild and sunny here today; sunshine is the norm in Denver. Maybe I can take a brief walk before I teach my two one-hour exercise classes this evening. I always aim for a daily balance of paid work (editing, teaching, or both), taking care of my health, and doing housework. I don’t always achieve that, but at least the desire is there. Oh — I did get one bag of used items put out for pickup today. One is a cozy flannel housecoat kind of thing, with snaps down the front, that I simply never wear. Another is a long-sleeved T-shirt that advertises two of David’s books, one on each side. Those are his well-selling novel Time for Sherlock Holmes, which is a Sherlock Holmes and time travel pastiche, written in the style of the Conan Doyle novels, and the other is his one mystery novel, The Cavaradossi Killings. Google his name, David Dvorkin, to find his website. He has 28 published books, including three Star Trek novels.

      Hi Leonore.

How nice of you to pop in on what sounds like a very busy day.

That housecoat sounds like just the thing for someone who enjoys an evening of reading and knitting or maybe puttering round in the kitchen baking cookies. At least that’s what comes to my imagination when I think of it.

BTW? You’re very welcome to put up any links you wish. This post is all about sharing a bit of ourselves, so please do feel free to share a bit if you like.
