Hello campbellsworld visitors. Some-time back author Phyllis Staton Campbell wrote and shared with us an article on this subject. Now, Sally and her fabulous health column has more to say on the subject. I find this a very fascinating subject, and would if my insurance would allow give this a try. I have to say that I agree with Sally’s comments concerning ice cream. 🙂 Thanks Sally for this very interesting and informative post.

      I want very much to plant some things. Had hoped to be able to afford tomato plants and maybe a few herbs.

      Doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.

      You’d think I could find a bit of extra for it but just not there.

      My landscape guy said he’d help me do it I just don’t have the darn money.

      Aww well, maybe next year.
