Good morning Readers Everywhere!
This is a most important day.
It is King Campbell A.K.A Bubba’s Birthday!

I woke this morning to the sound of a happy bark.
A warning to let me know, Campbell wanted to go park.

As I put my feet onto the floor, he barked his reminder just once more.

Then he came forth, launching himself at me, yipping, and wagging with glee.

“Mom! It’s my birthday! Doncha know!

Me, Me, I’m a whole big boy 9-years-old.

Into my eyes, tears, they came, but my Campbell, my Bubba, to lick them away, he did come straight away.

“Now momma don’t be bummed.” He wagged to say.

“Today is a celebration, doncha see? For on this day, Mother Father God, they created me.

They created me just for you, and I’m right here, waiting to know what you’d have me do.”

He licked my face, my eyes nose, and yes, my mouth.

He had to make sure my face was clean before we did go out.

There I sat, this big beautiful dog in my arms.

Long ago, he had worked his charms.

There I sat, holding this big dog in my arms.

In my life he lives, and he has for sure stolen my heart.

On this day, we shall celebrate, to go out and about with him, I cannot wait.

Today, to the doctor’s office I must go, and thanks to this wonderful day, alone I shan’t have to go.

I shout with glee!

He’s most important to me!

Thank you, Mother Father God, for creating this baby Bubba just for me.

He’s my entire world, blessid be.

Have you ever wondered just exactly how my Bubba came to be?

Ever asked yourself, what it was like for him to grow up and become this magnificent beast you see standing beside me each time we on the street we do pass?

Well, now’s your chance.

Fall 2017
In this magical and love filled tail, King Campbell AKA Bubba travels
to the puppy nursery at The Seeing Eye to help ready a group of
puppies who are just about to embark on the fabulous journey of
learning to become Seeing Eye dogs. Just as he is about to finish his
tail, a wee pup becomes very frightened of all that lies ahead, and one
frightfully stormy night she runs away! Will King Campbell hear the
urgent call from the puppy nursery in time? Will they find her and save
her so she can fulfill her destiny?
The use of Tail instead of Tale for story and Magik instead of Magic is intended for these short stories. A great play on words from King Campbell
