Today is GOOD NEWS SUNDAY! All GOOD NEWS to balance out the not so good news. Post your GOOD NEWS from the smallest to the largest! If it FEELS GOOD, it is GOOD! Remember to Read and COMMENT on everyone’s GOOD NEWS post. Imagine we are all in the same room offering each other support and encouragement to be creative, courageous, successful, healthy and happy ! Let’s meet in the Garden of GOOD NEWS…see you there!

Isn’t this the coolest thing? To have a day set up for Good News? How neat! I’ll begin…

For the last few weeks Campbell and I have been blessed to be allowed to visit with a class, and let the children read to Campbell. Meet and read with a very talented little girl, attend two very well  done school night time events, where I got to meet teachers, students, staff, and parents all together, working to expand their children’s learning and growth, and I have become involved with a great bunch of business oriented people who also recognize the talent of writing.

All of this has taken place in a short amount of time, and I am a bit awed and amazed, slightly overwhelmed but extremely excited and happy about these things happening in my life.

As if those awesome and most wonderful things were not enough, I have also been invited to an event to happen on May 1st. It is the largest event Campbell and I will have ever done. It is the first one where an organization sought me out. I did not call them. A long time friend of mine and member of a church in the Bristol area reached out to one of his church leaders and told him of my work. The very nice man gave me a call, we had an awesome chat and now we are readying ourselves for a great and wondrous time.

Bob Cat is fat and sassy and my family is settling in for the night upstairs. I hear tiny thumping’s and bumping, and it is most comforting.

I couldn’t be more content at this moment.

I have no clue what tomorrow will bring. I’m hopeful as always for some resolution to situations gone wrong, but I have also begun to realize that even through this continued adversity I am thriving.

One must continue onward, and must while helping and reaching out to others make certain to make allowance for one’s self and one’s own needs.

We cannot take care of others if we do not take care of us.

Love and happy light to you all!oday
